I used to have the G930's but had issues where I had to turn on and off the headset for surround sound to work, even hacing to pair the headset with the dongle again. Also, if it's not working, force close the Logitech Gaming Software program through Task Manager and run it again. That does the trick sometimes to enable the surround sound. Singleplayer and Multiplayer have different volume controls. Go to Settings > Sound > Adjust the volume lever to maximum.
