2. Motor's faulty. To prove the relay, connect a voltmeter + to the solenoid terminal and - to earth - turn the key and you should get 12v on the meter. If no volts it could be the relay contacts. Disclaimer - only attempt this if you are 100% sure of what you are doing else get a motor sparky to do it.

Place the tool for locking the sprocket (303-1151) in the access hole and rotate it clockwise to lock the sprocket in place. You will need the other special tool (310-083a) now to loosen the three pump mounting bolts through the locking tool holes. Loosen the four sprocket mounting bolts and remove from sprocket.
